Here is a gallery of the tram wrapping that we have undertaken over the past 2 years for Blackpool Transport Services Ltd. Each tram takes 9 - 10 full drop tiles per side and 3 for the front and rears.

It takes us 5 full days to fully wrap a tram or 3 days for a part wrap.

The tiles are hand placed and using felt squeegies applied to the panels, then we take some time and care to heatgun around all mouldings, handles and rivets etc. Once done we the carefully cut out each window and lay the same print produced in Contravison or our own product we call Virtivision (which lets the rain run down the glass) onto the window which we then trim to fit.

When finished we then clean around any handles or bodywork cut outs.

To date we have completly wrapped about 25 trams and we continue to do so as each new design is released.
